This morning you will head to Sissinghurst, a historic, poetic, iconic refuge dedicated to beauty. Visit the restored Sissinghurst Castle, also known as the Garden of England. From the top the castle’s Tower, you will be shown a vast panoramic view, the current working farm and the 450-acre wider estate. After a spot of lunch, have a wander around the atmospheric town of Alfriston, in the heart of Cuckmere Valley. Here, you will be able to discover a classic British style of houses-cottages.
